FM Team Manager
Nicola is the division’s FM Team Manager based in ACR’s studio space located at the heart of the charming Knowsley Estate and provides operational oversight for the fm team.
She brings a delightful cocktail of knowledge and personality and is a critical member of the front-line HelpDesk team. With a blend of administrative talent, technical ability and interpersonal intelligence, she plays a critical role in helping the practice manage its ever-increasing responsibilities with success.
With a hunger for knowledge and a desire to deliver fm support services which exceed client expectations, Nicola is currently studying for Level 4 IWFM to accompany her recently acquired CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
