Lucille Maloney

Office Manager

Lucille is responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio. With an extensive back-catalogue of experience across those critical aspects of Facilities Management, she is one of the Practice’s senior managers with a passion for excellence and service delivery. 

Lucille, a member of the IWFM, has been a lead consultant for almost a decade on issues of compliance, preventative strategy formulation, contractor and performance management, health and safety and budget forecasting. 

She brings a blend of technical intel to the practice service offer borne out of her far-reaching involvement in a wide-ranging portfolio of service agreements.
