She brings leadership, direction, entrepreneurial flare, advocacy and creative thinking into the problem-solving environment. With a passion for excellence, an attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and a rich vein of experience borne out of a senior career in the Civil Service/ private consultancy, she is adept at managing a growing team responsible for servicing an ever-expanding client base.
Sharon is a strategic thinker, with outstanding administrative capability, a passion for procedural efficiency and a strength in information sharing. She is a proactive, self-motivated and flexible in her approach with an ability to develop strong rapport with others.
